Assburger's syndrome is believed to be the most common personality disorder in the Western world, yet it remains one of the least frequently diagnosed. It is an often-degenerative condition that can manifest itself in many different ways in different patients, but almost all Assburger's sufferers exhibit at least five of the following symptoms:

• Delusions of superiority.
  
• A hyper-inflated sense of their own intelligence, wit, charm or appearance.
  
• Ditto for their professional, sporting, musical, rhyming and/or computer prowess.
  
• An obsessive need for praise that borders on fellatio
  
• A lack of empathy for others bordering on the sociopathic.
  
• A constant oral discharge of faecal matter.
  
• The arousal in others of violent or homicidal thoughts.

Sucks, and is inaccurate. People with this condition are generally unable to "connect" at the simple bonding level. That cuts them off and communication is confusing. There is no real connection that satisfies. They must use their intelligence to bridge to the other side. This will result in "unusual" behavior because of their efforts. But your description is, I think, inaccurate. I know that it is. I've looked into it, watched videos, spoken with victims. Did you speak with people with other problems also?

I think that you are a student or a self taught beginner. Your analysis sounds like it's from a book or a misinformed internet site. But I must say that I've been wrong before.

No, it is true. I will have a soft spot for anyone suffering from any disorder, including sex addiction and substance abuse...but Ausberger's syndrome gets zero sympathy from me. It may be a legitimate affliction, but it is such a menace and enrages me so much to be around it, that I can't feel sorry for them. I will never accept "being total asshole" as a handicap.

Its not assburgers you idiot,its Aspergers. and i actually find that stupid that people call it that. I am 16 and have the condition, i was diagnosed at aged 10.

I used to have a really bad self esteem but its better now, i do not care what others think so much.

Also i know all intervidials are different but i believe i do not have a lack of empathy. I do care aboutt other people and i do have feelings for others, sometimes i find it hard to show them but i fdo have them.
